I like staying at Hotel Maya Turquesa when I am in Playa del Carmen. the staff are incredible. - the location is the best, right next to the main pedestrian zone.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I did not like anything about it.

This hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. There were virtually no services available. Overall, it is very depressing and certainly not worth the rate of $80. The photos on the website are very deceptive. I had reservations for two nights and checked out after one night.

I loved this quiet little and quiet place, stayed there for 14 nights. The hotel's location was unbeatable, near to the beach bars, the main pedestrian zone, and restaurant. It also was close to the center.

This place has a wonderful location in the Centro district, right by the beach and 5th Avenue.

The hotel is centrally located, just a block away from 5th Avenue and the staff was very helpful. We arrived a couple hours early and they were very accomodating. The rooms were nice and clean, and the Jacucci was nice.

Liked the a nice size and well-kept standard quadruple room with to large beds and the way it was setup...

This place is a small and peaceful spot with a nice and well-maintained pool.

Two best things about the hotel are: 1 - the location - it is only 1 block from 5th Ave and 2 blocks from the beach; 2 - the staff - was very friendly and helpful.

Even if the staff was extremally nice there were always something not working correctly: the water in the sink was not flowing at all, there was no light in the bathroom, the towels were missing, in the tv there were only 2 channels available - the small things that can make your stay not so enjoyable.

Location just off the beach, the center, and the restaurant. Quiet, huge unit with a balcony, and outstandingly accommodating staff.

Would like to go back there again for rest, greatly enjoyed this place. There is variety of cheap food for breakfast. The hotel offers well-kept, brand-new rooms with drinks and at least a refridgerator, for example...

This place was quite clean and the staff were really friendly and nice, making it a good spot to relax. the location was convenient, close to various restaurants, beach bars, and even a night club 🌴.

Every time in Playa del Carmen, I choose this place. Quiet hotel, it's the best 3-star experience I ever had. - Every staff member is super-friendly and strives to meet your needs. - Excellent setting, it's very close to the 5th Avenue and the ADO. - Close to the beach and a cave.

Overall, my stay here was pretty good. 🌟 Everything was top-notch, and I really appreciated the free wi-fi. the location was convenient and fantastic - you can easily walk to Coco Bongo from here. Also, the staff were all super welcoming and had smiles on their faces. 😊
